The Organising Committee will ask members of the 2 Clubs to assist in billeting competitors, for those who are comfortable with this style of accommodation. This will provide minimal cost, home based types accommodation probably in groups of 2 to 4, with a hosting member.
The OC has made arrangements with the residential colleges of the University of WA, which will be vacant at the time of the event, for use of their facilities. This typically is budget student / apartment style accommodation and is available at low cost, and has been satisfactorily used previously for National teams and match racing events.
Perth is well supplied with a range of hotels from 5 star down to traveller motel type facilities for those who would prefer that option.
The organisers will provide / assist the competitors to find a suitable accommodation,
and teams will be contacted by the Organisers to assist in these arrangements once their entry
is received.
